Well it's that time of year again, and to prelude my Statutory Holiday tomorrow, I'm going to kick it off by taking it easy and tossing that Party Sized meat lasagna I had in the freezer in the hot box!
That, and it's been a while since I had done it, so it will provide a change from the usual round of menu items I prepare daily. It's very important to keep up variety, It's been some months now since I've had perogies and I'm still wary about getting any, even for a snack! At least Hamburger Helper comes in different styles.
Tomorrow, I'm thinking about something with ground beef.. as per usual, but really, I'm at loss for what to make probably until around when that time rolls by. ( Easy ) Suggestions welcome! I was recently talking to my aunt about some roasted potato wedges, which sounded pretty good. I might make them along with something else; it's worth a shot at least, and will get rid of those potatoes I had lying around!
