Just Hamburgers

I've been making hamburgers for a while now. Everyone must have made them at one point or another, usually on the Barbecue. I don't often have a BBQ available, so I just fry them in a pan on the stove top.

Now, since there's no secret to cooking burgers. My own little way is get one side just a little cooked, flip it and on that cooked side, dab equal amounts of teryaki sauce and brown sugar bbq sauce spreading it around the surface with the bottom of a spoon or a brush. Then I'll flip the burger again, add the same amount of sauce: just enough to cover the burger when spread around. After the bottom's cooked, I'll flip it one more time and let it cook a little.

It adds a good taste, serve with toppings of your choice! :)
